It is one of the renowned schools in the Buea municipality that offer medical studies in Nursing and Laboratory sciences to those just graduating from high school or those who wish to change their field of studies.
They also provide at the disposal of the students, a practicing clinic where students can practice what ever is thought in the classrooms before going out to face the realities in other hospitals or clinics and health centres.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
A. O/L: students going in for the Nursing assistants programme should be able to present upon admission at least a pass in the O/L Cameroon GCE. Students of this programme have the advantage of studying O/L Biology and Human Biology.
B. A/L: students upon registration with at least a pass in one A/L subject can study for a diploma in practical Nursing (DPN). They can also obtain an Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) alongside studying O/L Biology and Human Biology.
C. students with a complete pass in at least 2 A/L subjects.

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
FRESH STUDENTS
All fresh students will purchase the HAFCAM form for 5.000FCFA. These forms are expected in the secretariat on or before October 30th each year.

A. NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAMME(1 YEAR)
Total amount for fresh students is 250.000FCFA divided as follows
Tuition= 225000FCFA
Registration= 25000FCFA
B. DIPLOMA IN PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAMME (2 Years)
Total amount for fresh students= 250000FCFA/academic year divided as follows
Tuition= 225000FCFA
Registration= 25000FCFA
C. ASSOCIATE DEGREE PROGRAMME (3 years)
The fees is as in the diploma degree program/ year for 3 years.

The first instalment of the fees is 150.000FCFA required at the end of October each year. The other part paid exactly after two months of resumption of classes.

RESIT EXAMINATIONS
Resit exzams are organized at CAMS. However the goal is to operate at 100% success in training. A minimum amount is charged per course to be re-sited and must be paid before the exams start.

LATE REGISTRATION
Students who pay their fees after the 4th of November will have to pay an additional sum of 50.000FCFA.

Registration requirements are distributed by the school as follows;
- Library fees= 10.000FCFA
- Lab fees= 15.000FCFA
Total = 25.000FCFA

Other requirements provided by the students include before resumption of classes are;
- 4 toilet rolls
- 1 realm of papers
- 1 rag
- 1 rubber bucket
- A blue-black pullover
- Medical examination for fitness fees (5.000FCFA)

Payment of fees is made at the school secretariat only
