THE MANAGER OF ONE OF THE BANK AGENT TRIED TO DOUPT COSTOMERS EACH TIME THEY COME TO DO INTERNATIONAL MONEY TRANSFER BY ASKING UN FIXED CHARGES WHICH MAY EVEN EXCEED THE AMOUNT TO BA TRANSFERED

cca should endeavor to send messages to their clients whenever any cash deposit is made.this will help to reduce the doubt on receivers faces whether or not they planned transaction was made between the account holder and the depositor.
