The Esuary Academic and strategic Institute (IUES/INSAM) under the supervision of the Minstry of Higher Education and the academic Mentorship of the University of Buea, is offering programs in the following:

• Nursing
• Medical laboratory Science (Lb technicians)
• Midwifery
• Physiotheraphy

Each of the above training courses takes three years to complete.

Entrance is on application with at least two papers pass in the advanced level certificate examination

At the end of the course students graduate with the higher professional diploma (HPD) issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of public Health.

For further studies there is a possibility to continue studies in professional Bachelor, Master and PhD levels (the certificates are issued by the university of Buea)

The application period for students to enroll into the institution is from July-September each year
